I appreciate our beautiful tree lined streets and those who had the fore site to plant them so many years ago. According to the April Walla Walla MLS home sales, the average sales price for Walla Walla and College Place was $209,930. The median sales price was $195,000. The number of home sales were up from previous years in January, February, and March. They were slightly less in April. We are still seeing some multiple offers on properties, and sales seem to remain steady. Interest rates as of today are under 7%.
